Our client, a large Ukrainian production company, opened a vacancy of Chief Financial Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Effective distribution and use of financial resources.
• Organization and control over financial and managerial accounting.
• Development of annual and long-term financial plans and budgets.
• Control over use of budgeted funds.
• Monitoring of financial indicators of corporate budget.
• Financial and tax planning.
• Financial security.
• Team management (finance dept and economy dept teams).

Requirements:
• Proven experience as CEO of at least 3 years (preferably B2B sales)
• Experience with equipment/machinery producers will be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of national and international accounting standards
• Experience in set-up of financial business processes and development of financial procedures.
• Managerial experience is mandatory.
• Higher education in finance, economy or accounting. Additional management education will be an advantage.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate at least).

Our client offers a fixed salary + fees + bonuses and a compensation package.
