CyberVision, Inc has an open vacancy for a Call Center Operator. CyberVision, Inc. is a software development company that specializes in custom, technology-driven business solutions for wide variety of industries. Since establishing our first Ukrainian development center in Kiev in 1992 we are constantly looking for senior professionals to join our team. We are looking for young, energetic people to work at the sphere of IT with our clients all over the world.
Responsibilities:
• Answering chat sessions and telephone answering service on behalf of the company
• Maintaining and updating client/potential client/lead database
• Dispatching incoming customer calls, sorting e-mails
• First level of contact with the existing and potential customers
Candidates selection criteria:
• Both written and verbal English has to be on the exceptional level
• good communication skills
• 1+ years experience on the similar position
• IT education/IT work orientation is a plus
